Phase II - Transformation of the product
At the arrival at the plant, the products are unloaded in special washing basins, selected and subsequently leaded to the first squeezing, provided through special machines: the pressing machines, the pulpers, the refiners and the machines for juice separation (juice/pulp/peel).
